Shipping your parcel

For the delivery of orders, Cozy Living Store exclusively uses the data transmitted by the customer when entering the delivery address. Any errors or incomplete data that may lead to a false order delivery address are the customer's responsibility. Cozy Living Store cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or loss of a package in the case of an incorrect address.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 working days depending on the shipping method chosen (Priority/Economy). They are dispatched via the Swiss Post services with a tracking number and discounts, according to the customer's choice, without or requiring signature for all deliveries in Switzerland and outside Switzerland.

 

Delivery charges for Switzerland

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as transportation costs. These vary according to the delivery address and the total weight of the package. From CHF 150 upwards.- per order, delivery costs are not charged to the customer (only valid for deliveries in Switzerland).

Customs fees and any other official taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Product compliance

Cozy Living Store agrees to pack and protect the goods in the best manner to ship, but cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery, which is the responsibility of the carrier.

 Cozy Living Store nevertheless agrees to refund or exchange products that are defective, damaged or that do not correspond to the order. The customer has a period of 3 days from receipt of the package to send a complaint to the address info@lecozyliving-store.com. After this period, the product received will be deemed to comply with the order and no claim will be accepted by Cozy Living Store.

 

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order. Any request for return must be notified in advance by e-mail and accepted by Cozy Living Store.

The products must be sent to the following address: Cozy Living Store, route de Taillepied 91, 1095 Lutry, Switzerland. The costs of packing, forwarding, customs fees and any official taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. Only products returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted.
