TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE
Cozy Living Store sells on the www.lecozyliving-store.com website a wide range of home decoration items as well as items such as jewellery, fashion accessories and products for children.
These terms and conditions of use and sale apply to all orders placed through the www.lecozyliving-store.com website. Any order made on the online store presupposes the knowledge of the terms and conditions of use and sale and implies their acceptance by the customer.
These terms and conditions of use and sale may be modified by Cozy Living Store without prior notice to customers.
Product descriptions are based on information received from suppliers. Everything has been done so that the descriptions of the articles reflect reality. However, this information does not constitute a guarantee of the characteristics of the products. Any errors or omissions, although regrettable, can only be unintentional.
The images of the articles make it possible to obtain a good representation of the desired products but cannot guarantee complete similarity with the delivered products. Differences in colour, finish or size may occasionally occur without Cozy Living Store being held responsible. For example colour differences can sometimes be related to the different types of screens as well as their configuration and resolution.
Availability of products
Cozy Living Store agrees to deliver orders received on the website within the limits of available stocks. Despite controls and safeguards, and as a very exceptional occurrence, it may occur that an article indicated as deliverable on the website, is not. In this case, the customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible. The order placed and settled will be cancelled and refunded within 10 days of receipt of the amount. Finally, no cancellation compensation can be claimed by the customer from Cozy Living Store apart from the full refund of the amount of the order not delivered.
Price policy and promotions
All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs, including VAT. It is also possible to obtain the Swiss Franc equivalent in Euros by selecting the desired currency. Prices quoted do not include delivery charges, these are mentioned in the shopping cart. The delivery charges correspond to Swiss Post's current rates and packing costs. For any item delivered outside of Switzerland, customs fees and other official taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Special promotions are valid only during the indicated period or while stocks last. Discounted products will not be returned or exchanged. In case of registration to our promotions or newsletter, you have the option to unsubscribe at any time. To do this, simply send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately unsubscribe you.
Cozy Living Store can change the prices of items without first notifying customers. In case of order, the price stated in the order basket is valid.
When a customer places an order on the website, they can use an existing customer account, create one or place the order as a guest (without creating a customer account). Cozy Living Store recommends creating a customer account that will remove the need for the customer to have to re-enter certain information such as the delivery address for example.
Steps involved in ordering:
1 - Selection of products and validation of the contents of the shopping cart:
When the choice of products is made, the customer must check the condition, the type of product, the quantity and the price. The customer can at this stage correct any errors, continue with their purchases, finalise and confirm their order by clicking on "Order". The delivery costs are stated for information purposes only, the selection of the delivery method being done in the next step.
2 - Customer information:
The order can be validated only if the customer has provided the following mandatory information in the fields provided for this purpose: title, first name, last name and e-mail address.
The data entered by the customer is their sole responsibility. Therefore, any error cannot be attributed to Cozy Living Store, even in the event that this misinformation leads to a delay or error in the delivery of the order. If necessary, any costs incurred for the return of the order will be borne by the customer.
3 - Information about the recipient's address:
The order can only be validated if the customer has provided the information on their billing/delivery address. Otherwise, no delivery can be made.
4 - Mode of delivery:
The customer then selects the delivery method from among the different options. The delivery costs are then updated according to the choice of the delivery method. By default, the delivery method is in Economy against signature.
5 - Payment:
The customer selects the desired payment method and settles the amount of the order.
The order becomes final and irrevocable once the customer validates the payment of the order. No modification of the order can be taken into account by Cozy Living Store.
6 - Acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale:
The customer confirms having read these terms and conditions of sale and accepts them without reservation. The customer also acknowledges having verified and confirmed as accurate all the information entered in the previous fields and stated in the order form.
7 - Order with obligation to pay:
After clicking on "order with obligation to pay", a summary of the order placed is displayed on the screen, a summary that is also sent by e-mail to the customer. This document states the following information: products, quantities, prices, delivery charges, taxes (VAT), the order reference, the type of payment chosen and the delivery method.
The contract has now been effectively concluded.
